North Coast champion Oberlin picked up its first NCAC tournament title. The Yeowomen swept through the NCAC Field Hockey Tournament, capping their run with a 3-0 win over Wooster in the championship game. In the semifinals, top-seeded Oberlin edged fourth-seeded Denison, 4-2. The Fighting Scots, seeded second in the four-team event, had advanced to the final courtesy of a 2-1 win over third-seeded Wittenberg in their semifinal matchup.
