DUH NAMED NCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Wittenberg senior forward Emily Duh (Hellertown, PA/Saucon Valley) scored three goals in the 
championship game of the NCAC Tournament, leading the Tigers to their first league tournament title 
and a berth into the NCAA Championships. Duh, who recorded a goal and an assist in Wittenberg's 4-0 
semifinal win over Oberlin, was named the NCAC Tournament MVP for her efforts.

ILL NAMED NCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Denison senior Kelsey Ill (Westfield, NJ/Westfield) scored both goals in a 2-1 overtime victory over 
Ohio Wesleyan. She opened the game's scoring with her first strike, then handed the Big Red the win, 
their third NCAC win of the week, with her second. She has scored eight goals and one assist this 
season.

TAVARES NAMED NCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Denison freshman Rebecca Tavares (South Burlington, VT/South Burlington) scored both goals in a 
2-1 overtime victory over Earlham, including the game winner five minutes into overtime. The goals 
were her fourth and fifth of the season.  She ranks third on her team with 11 points in 12 games this 
season.

ALDRED NAMED NCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Earlham junior Becca Aldred (Glen Mills, PA/West Nottingham Academy) scored the game-winning 
goals and added an assist in two NCAC victories last week. The conference’s third-leading scorer 
at 1.38 points per game, she scored the lone goal in a 1-0 decision over Ohio Wesleyan and assisted 
on the first goal and scored the winner herself in a 2-1 defeat of Kenyon.  The Quakers tied then 
broke the school’s record with their third and fourth conference victories of the year.

RUSS NAMED NCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Wittenberg senior sweeper Rebecca Russ (Louisville, KY/Sacred Heart Academy) played an intergral 
part of Wittenberg's defensive prowess in the past week.  She helped hold Tiger opponents to just 11 
shots in a pair of one-goal games, both victories in NCAC play.

TRYDER NAMED NCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Wooster junior forward Alanna Tryder (Lincoln, MA/Lincoln-Sudbury Regional) tallied two goals in 
two Fighting Scot wins last week. She had the game's second goal during Wooster's 5-1 triumph over 
Washington & Jefferson and scored the game-winner in overtime against fifth-place Earlham.

LACY NAMED NCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Denison's Jennifer Lacy (Phoenix, MD/Notre Dame Prep) scored two of Denison's three game-winning 
goals last week. The freshman started the week with an assist in a 2-1 overtime win over Wesley. 
She then put home the winning goal in a 2-1 come-from-behind win over Oberlin. Lacy finished out 
the week by scoring the only goal in a 1-0 win over defending NCAC champion Wooster. The Big Red's 
win snapped the Scot's 14-game NCAC winning streak.

DUH NAMED NCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Wittenberg senior Emily Duh (Hellertown, PA/Saucon Valley) registered a second-half hat trick to 
lift the Tigers past Denison, 4-0, last week. She also added two goals and an assist against DePauw 
to bring her weekly total to five goals and an assist. The win over Denison was Wittenberg's 100th
 NCAC win.
