David Nowicki, Wittenberg Wittenberg senior guard David Nowicki led the Tigers to a 2-0 record, including a 67-56 defeat of Wooster on the Fighting Scots’ home floor. It was the first conference loss of the year for Wooster. Nowicki totaled seven assists, six steals and one turnover for the week, which upped his impressive assist-tunrover ratio to 2.8. He shot 5-of-8 from the floor and was 3-of-3 from the line. |

Tim Brady, Ohio Wesleyan Ohio Wesleyan sophomore wing Tim Brady led the Battling Bishops with 23 points and a career-high 11 rebounds to post his first collegiate double-double in an 82-75 loss against Wittenberg. He also set the pace in a 69-54 win over Oberlin with a career-high 29 points and three steals. For the week, he shot 22-for-38 from the floor, including 6-for-7 from the line. He collected 11 boards, two blocks and three steals. |

Dimonde Hale, Denison Denison freshman Dimonde Hale posted a career-high 25 points with five rebounds in an 81-66 win over Kenyon. Hale added nine points in a 97-73 loss to Wooster. |

Pat Pellerite, Ohio Wesleyan Sophomore post Pat Pellerite had a double-double in both of Ohio Wesleyan’s conference victories last week. In an 80-63 decision over Dension, Pellerite posted 14 points and 10 rebounds. He then added a team-high 19 points with 12 rebounds in a 70-62 decision over Earlham. |

Ian Franks, Wooster Wooster junior guard Ian Franks scored a combined 52 points, including a career-high 33 at Allegheny. For the week, Franks shot 19-of-32 from the field, 13-of-15 from the line. Against the Gators, he scored all 13 points in a 13-2 run that allowed the Fighting Scots to recover from a 12-point deficit in the second half. The Fighting Scots eventually topped the Gators, 69-68, and then defeated Earlham, 63-54. |

Chris Sullivan, Wittenberg Wittenberg junior guard Chris Sullivan totaled 36 points in two games, with 27 in a 74-67 win over Ohio Wesleyan. He made seven of eight three-point shots in the game, leading Wittenberg to a 2-0 mark in conference play. The Tigers also defeated Oberlin, 82-56. |

Wes Smith, Wabash Junior Wes Smith scored a season-best 31 points as Wabash defeated Franklin, 91-61. In the first half alone, he posted 15 points and nine boards. Smith finished with 10 rebounds and two assists. |

Glenn Campbell, Hiram Junior guard Glenn Campbell led Hiram to a 71-64 overtime win over Bluffton. He scored a season-best 17 points on 7-of-13 (.538) shooting, grabbed nine rebounds and dished a pair of assists. The Terriers share the league lead with a 2-0 conference record. |

Marcus Johnson, Oberlin Oberlin sophomore guard Marcus Johnson led his team to a 2-0 week with 34 points, including a game-high 18 in a 20-point victory over Kalamazoo, 71-51. He followed that with a 16-point effort in a 75-66 win over Alma. The 20-point margin of victory was the largest by an Oberlin team since 1991-92. The Yeomen have won four games before the holiday break for the first time in Head Coach Isaiah Cavaco’s four-year tenure. |

Ian Franks, Wooster Junior guard Ian Franks led Wooster to two victories in the opening week of NCAC play. He scored a career-high 29 points in a 66-65 decision over Kenyon, and assisted on the game-winning layup with two seconds remaining. Franks added 26 points in an 80-72 victory at Ohio Wesleyan. His shooting totals for the week: 18-of-28 (.643), 7-of-10 from three-point range, and 12-of-16 (.750) from the line. |

A.J. Sutherlin, Earlham Games Played: 2 Sophomore forward A.J. Sutherlin led Earlham in an 87-79 overtime decision over Rhodes. He recorded his first career double-double with a career-high 32 points and 15 rebounds and was voted the Sewanee/Rhodes Classic MVP. Sutherlin finished the tourney with 54 points and 19 rebounds as Earlham went to overtime in both of its games, losing to Sewanee, 87-81, in the opener. |

George Raftis, Allegheny George Raftis, a 6-5 senior, led Allegheny to the title at Westminster’s Buzz Ridl Classic. He put up 24 points and seven rebounds in a 100-77 defeat of the hosts, then added 18 points and nine rebounds in the championship game, a 78-63 decision over Emory and Henry. Raftis shot 18-for-25 (.720) from the field in the two games and was voted the tournament MVP. |
