Boston covered the 8K course in 27:13, leading the Lords to an eighth of 20 team finish in the Division III race. __________________________________________________________________________ October 2, 2007 Senior Ryan Place (Meshoppen, PA/Elk Lake) paced Allegheny with a 36th- place finish at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, finishing the five-mile course in 24:54. Place led the Gators to a 14th of 41 team finish. __________________________________________________________________________ September 23, 2007 Denison junior Grant Russo (Medina, OH/Medina) placed fourth of 205 runners at the Otterbein Invitational. He finished the eight kilometer course in 25:54 as Denison placed fifth of 16 teams. __________________________________________________________________________ September 16, 2007 Ohio Wesleyan junior David Stefanik (Wooster, OH/Wooster) placed 34th of 132 runners at the Mel Brodt Invitational held at Bowling Green State University. In a field made up primarily of Division I and II runners, Stefanik completed the eight-kilometer race in 26:20. The Bishops placed eighth in the 12-team field. __________________________________________________________________________ September 9, 2007 Kenyon junior Jim Boston (Brookfield, WI/Marquette) won the individual title at the GLCA Championships. He beat the field of 128 runners over the 8,000-meter course with a time of 26:28. Boston led the Lords to a fifth of nine team finish. __________________________________________________________________________ September 4, 2007 Oberlin junior Ryan King (Glastonbury, CT/Glastonbury) placed 14th of 152 runners in the 10-team Case Western Reserve/Bill Sudeck Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 1.
