Allegheny senior senior Marc Sciulli (Pittsburgh, PA/Central Catholic) 
set up Allegheny’s gamewinning goal in its semifinal 1-0 win over 
Wooster and converted the the winning penalty kick to send the Gators 
past Denison and into the NCAA Div. III Tournament. For his efforts in 
leading Allegheny to their first NCAC Tournament title, Sciulli was 
named Tournament MVP.

October 31, 2004

Denison senior Chad Huber (Fairfield, OH/Fairfield) scored two goals 
in the Big Red's 3-0 win over Wittenberg. The victory, along with 
Denison's 2-1 win over Hiram, helped the Big Red secure the the third 
seed in the NCAC Tournament. Huber leads Denison with seven goals and 
three assists on the season.

October 24, 2004

Wooster junior forward Brian Conaway (Twinsburg, OH/Twinsburg) had a 
10-point week, highlighted by his second career hat trick. He had a hand 
in all four goals in a 4-0 win over Oberlin, scoring three and assisting 
on the fourth. In a 3-0 win over Hiram, he scored the match’s first goal 
and then was part of a double-assist. He leads the NCAC with a career-high 
11 goals this season.

Hiram junior Tony Anzalone (Lakewood, NY/Chautauqua Lake Central) broke 
a scoreless tie with Kenyon early in the second half, propelling the 
Terriers to their first conference victory since the 2001 campaign. He 
has 10 points in 15 games this season.

Oberlin junior midfielder Kevin (Sebas) Constante (Caracas, Venezuela/
Cushing Academy) scored the game winner in a 1-0 decision over Wabash, 
then a goal and an assist in a 3-1 victory over Allegheny.

Wooster junior goalkeeper David Treleven (Hudson, OH/Western Reserve Academy) 
made seven saves, including one on a penalty kick in his team's, 2-0, victory
over Ohio Wesleyan,  then made another in a 1-0 victory over Earlham.  
He posted his second and third shutouts of the  year as the Scots won their
first two NCAC contests of the season.

September 26, 2004

Allegheny sophomore Chris Fedele (Williamsville, NY/Williamsville) handed
the Gators their first win of the NCAC season - a 4-1 victory over Kenyon.
He scored three of the team’s goals and assisted on the other. He tied
the school record for most goals in a game and is the first to do so
since Josh Johnson (Murrysville, PA/Franklin Regional), scored three
in a 5-0 Allegheny win over Marietta on Sept. 17, 2003. Coincidentally,
Johnson, a senior, assisted on one of Fedele’s scores.

September 19, 2004

Wabash junior Jeff Diebel (Ft. Wayne, IN/Homestead) scored four goals
and added an assist to lead his team to a 1-0-1 record. He scored both
Little Giant goals in an overtime tie with Millikin and two in the
first half against Hanover, including the game-winner just four minutes
into the match. It was Wabash's first victory of the season.

September 12, 2004

Ohio Wesleyan junior Ryan Martin (Dublin, OH/Wellington) scored goals
in each game as Ohio Wesleyan picked up a pair of wins in its annual
adidas Invitational. He gave the Bishops a 2-1 lead in what ended up
to be a 3-2 win over Anderson and scored the gamewinning goal in a 2-0
win over Alma.

Oberlin sophomore Zach Tesler (Mercer Island, WA/Lakeside School) scored
both goals in the Yeomen's 2-1 victory over Medaille. The victory gives
Oberlin a 2-0-1 mark to start the season.
