CLEVELAND --
Kenyon senior Michael Greenberg (Chapel Hill, NC/East Chapel Hill) has been named Player of the Year and Earlham freshman Brad Maisey (Mt. Maunganui, New Zealand/Tauranga Boys) has been selected as Newcomer of the Year to highlight the 2010 All-North Coast Athletic Conference men's tennis selections.

Greenberg, a three-time first team All-NCAC selection and three-time conference Player of the Year, compiled a 21-7 record in singles this spring. He is joined on the first team by one other repeat first-team selection, Kenyon senior Tomas Piskacek (Sestajovice, Czech./Gymnazium Spitalska), last season's Newcomer of the Year, who posted a 16-8 in singles record in 2010.

Maisey was voted Newcomer of the Year honors after he accumulated a record of 13-3 in singles. He led the Quakers at first and second singles, with a 7-2 mark at the top spot, and a 6-1 record at the second flight. He also posted a 9-7 doubles record with four different partners. Maisey earned second-team recognition.

Greenberg and senior Charles Brody (Washington, DC/Sidwell Friends) head up the list of first-team doubles selections. They combined to go 10-2 at number-one doubles. Denison junior Nate Hobrath (Strongsville, OH/Walsh Jesuit) and sophomore Matt McErlean (Hudson, OH/Hudson), and Kenyon's Piskacek with junior Jeremy Polster (Shaker Hts., OH/Shaker Hts.) round out the first team.

Wabash head coach Jason Hutchison was named the men's tennis coach of the year for the second time. He guided the Little Giants to a 17-11 record and third place in the NCAC Tournament. The 17 wins is the most in Wabash program history. Hutchinson, who shared the award in 2007, has put together a 68-89 (.433) record in his six years at the helm of the Little Giant program.
