CLEVELAND, Ohio – The North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) was represented by Wabash’s Jack Davidson (Fishers, Ind./Hamilton Southeastern) as an honoree of the 2019 Google Cloud Academic All-District Men’s Basketball team.
To be eligible for consideration, student-athletes must be in at least their sophomore season, possess legitimate athletic qualifications and own a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or better.
Davidson currently leads the NCAC in scoring, averaging 25.5 points per game. The sophomore has recorded 19 20+ point performances, with a career-high 47 points coming against Hiram in the NCAC tournament on Feb. 19. He also leads the conference in free throws made (200) and free throw percentage (93%). Davidson set the NCAA Men’s Basketball record for consecutive free throws made with 95 between Dec. 28 and Feb. 16 of this season.
Academically, Davidson is pursuing a degree in Economics and has a 3.78 cumulative GPA.
As part of the All-District First-Team, Davidson advances to the Google Cloud Academic All-America Ballot, released in mid-March.
