Oberlin College senior men's soccer player Timothy Williams (Rabun Gap, GA/Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School) had a strong start to his senior season as he was named the United Coaches National Player of the Week and the North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Week.

Williams tallied six goals and one assist in a pair of road wins last weekend over Anderson, 4-0, and Earlham, 5-1.
With his strong weekend, Williams leads the nation in goals scored and points.
Against Anderson University, Williams scored two goals and one assist to lead the team to a 4-0 victory. The senior striker followed up his strong performance with a four goal game at Earlham College.
Williams and the Yeomen are back in action on Friday night when they host a non-conference game against Brooklyn College at 7 p.m. on Shults Field.
