DePauw senior Jay Klein (Wyoming, OH/Wyoming) was voted to the College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-District Team, as announced by the organization on Thursday, Nov. 7. Klein will now move on to the ballot for Academic All-America consideration. 

Klein owns a 3.51 GPA as a communications major at DePauw. Klein currently leads the NCAC in goals this season, scoring 11 in 18 games. He also leads the conference in points (25) and has converted a league-leading four penalty kicks. 

The Academic All-District® teams are selected by members of the College Sports Information Directors of America, with District VII consisting of schools in Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. To be considered for the teams, one must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or better and be a starter or important reserve.
