    Three North Coast Track & Field and Cross Country student-athletes were named to the 2016-17 CoSIDA Academic All-America Team, it was announced on Wednesday, June 21st.

  • Six Earn AA Honors At National Meet

    The 2017 NCAA Division III Track & Field Championships concluded on Saturday (5/27) at SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio. Following the three days of competition, six NCAC student-athletes earned All-American awards, highlighted by a pair of third-place finishes.
  • 37 NCAC Track & Field Athletes Earn All-Region Honors

    The North Coast had 37 student-athletes recognized as 2017 All-Great Lakes Region Outdoor Track & Field performers by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, it was announced on Monday, May 22nd.

    The 2017 NCAA Division III Track & Field Championships will be held this weekend, May 25-27, at SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio, with the University of Mount Union serving as the host institution.
  • Wabash Captures Sixth Outdoor Track & Field Title

    Wabash won its sixth league title and the Oberlin Yeowomen won their first championship at the 2017 NCAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday at DePauw University’s Blackstock Stadium in Greencastle, Indiana. The Yeowomen who swept both the Indoor and Outdoor Championships cruised to the women’s title with 260 points followed by Ohio Wesleyan in second-place with 185.5 points, while Wabash edged OWU for the title by a margin of 196-177.

    The first scoring events of the 2017 NCAC Track & Field championships will be conducted this weekend, April 29-30, at Oberlin. The men will compete in the decathlon, while the women will participate in the heptathlon. The 2017 NCAC Track & Field Championships will then be contested the following weekend, May 5-6, at DePauw.

    The Ohio-based NCAC track & field squads competed at Ohio Wesleyan last Saturday for the annual All-Ohio Championships, while DePauw hosted Wabash and a grouping of HCAC institutions for the Indiana Division III Championships in Greencastle, Indiana. League squads will return to the circuit this weekend, led by Kenyon hosting its annual home invitational on Saturday in Gambier.

The Ohio-based NCAC squads will travel to Ohio Wesleyan this weekend for the All-Ohio Championships, while DePauw will host Wabash and a grouping of HCAC institutions for the Indiana Division III Invitational.

    Oberlin highlighted the weekend’s performances on the women’s side with an impressive fourth-place team finish out of 26-squads at the Emory Invite, while Allegheny earned second-place on the men’s side at the Carnegie Mellon Mini-Inivte. NCAC track & field continues in the week ahead, led by Kenyon, Oberlin and Wooster competing at the Wooster Invitational.

    A number of NCAC quads returned to the track to open up the outdoor season, highlighted by DePauw earning a second and third-place finish on the men’s and women’s side, respectively, at the Rose-Hulman Early Bird Invite. NCAC track & field continues in the week ahead, led by Allegheny and Denison competing at the Carnegie Mellon Invite.
