KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The United Soccer Coaches released the 2018 NCAA Division III Women’s Sccer All-America Teams and the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) was represented by Wooster’s Erica White (Washington, Pa./Fort Cherry) and Denison’s Maggie Armstrong (Wilmette, Ill./New Trier), both achieving third-team honors.
In addition to the All-America honors, Armstrong was named to the All-Great Lakes Region first-team and was an All-NCAC first-team selection in 2018. She was tabbed the NCAC's Midfielder of the Year after a senior season of nine goals and a career-high six assists, turning in 1.41 points per game for the Big Red. The Wilmette, Ill. native finished her time in Granville with 28 career goals and 13 assists in 75 total matches played.
White was also named an All-Great Lakes first-team selection and selected as the NCAC Offensive Player of the Year. She ended her senior season at Wooster with 41 points on 18 goals and five assists. She led the conference and the team in points and assists and set the school record for points and goals scored in a single season, a record that was held since 1987.
