    In a battle of two evenly matched teams, the 11th-ranked DePauw University Tigers dropped a 5-2 decision to ninth-ranked Washington University in the NCAA Division III Women's Tennis Championship Third Round on Saturday. The Tigers finished the season at 19-5, while the Bears improved to 19-5 and advanced to the national quarterfinals.

    There is a full slate of NCAC women’s tennis divisional matches on the schedule as we enter the final week of the 2013-14 regular season. Following the completion of all divisional matches this weekend, the league’s seeding committee will meet on Sunday night and the official brackets for the 2014 NCAC Tennis Championships will be released next Monday, April 21. The 2014 NCAC Tennis Championships are set for April 25-27 at Denison University in Granville, Ohio.

There are three divisional matches on the slate this week, including Wittenberg (0-1, 6-6) hosting Ohio Wesleyan (0-2, 4-10) on Tuesday, Wooster (0-0, 5-7) traveling to Oberlin (0-0, 6-8) on Wednesday and Allegheny (0-1, 8-6) entertaining Wooster on Saturday.
