Allegheny senior Chris Marker led the Gators to a first-place team finish at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble. Marker finished second overall with a 8K time of 24:47.

Wittenberg junior Mary Pfeifer finished 12th overall at the Wilmington Invitational. She completed the 5k course in 19:05, leading the Tigers to a fourth-place team finish.

Wabash junior Kevin McCarthy placed 23rd in a field of 292 runners at Warburg’s Dan Huston Invitational/Pre-Nationals meet. He finished the 8K course in 26:33 as the Little Giants placed third in the team standings.

Hiram freshman Laila Almassri led her team at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational. She placed in the top half of the field in 117th with a time of 22:33.08 over 5K. The Terriers placed 24th.

Individual Finish: 1st of 135 (DIII)
Team Finish: 2nd of 19 (DIII)

Oberlin senior Joanna Johnson won the Division III race of the All-Ohio Championships with a time of 17:40 for five kilometers. She led the Yeowomen to a second-place team finish.

Denison junior Dee Salukombo won the Division III portion of the All-Ohio Championships with a personal-best time of 24:47. He won his second straight All-Ohio individual title.

Oberlin junior Stephen Williams took 5th-place overall at the NCAA Mideast Pre-Regional Meet, hosted by Carnegie Mellon University.  He finished the race in a time of 26:08.

Wabash junior Seth Einterz won the individual title, leading the Little Giants to the team title, at the Indiana Little State Meet, hosted by Purdue. He completed the eight-kilometer course in 25:40.

Team Finish: 6th of 14

Ohio Wesleyan senior Kat Zimmerly took ninth place at the highly competitive Calvin Knights Invitational. She completed the five-kilometer course in 18:54 to lead the Battling Bishops to a sixth-place team finish.
