Wabash senior Mason McKinney won the individual title at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble on Saturday with an 8K time of 24:41.3. He took the lead over teammate Colin Rinne (Westfield, IN/Westfield) at the 6,000-meter mark and held on to post the four-second victory. The Little Giants also finished third out of 33 teams at the event with a team score of 138.

Individual Finish: Sixth (21:02.7)
Team Finish: 23rd (761) 

Ohio Wesleyan senior Sarah Fowler capped off her final regular season collegiate race by finishing sixth out of 386 runners at the Rowan Border Clash with a 6K time of 21:02.7. In four scoring events this fall, Fowler has posted two individual titles and two additional top-10 finishes.

Team Finish: Sixth (145 points) 

Wabash senior Mason McKinney finished third out of 388 runners at the Greater Louisville Classic with an 8K time of 25:11.68 on the same course that will host the 2016 NCAA Division III Championships on November 19th.

Individual Finish: 20th (21:38)
Team Finish: 14th (425 points) 

Allegheny senior S.J. Guillaume finished eight among Division III runners and 20th out of 373 runners from all three NCAA divisions at the Lehigh Paul Short Invitational with a season-best 6K time of 21:38.

Race: Rose-Hulman Dual
Distance: 8,000 Meters
Individual Finish: Second (27:29)
Team Finish: First (25 points) 

DePauw sophomore Paul Christian paced the Tigers in a 25-32 dual meet victory over Rose-Hulman on Friday night by finishing second overall in the indivdual standings with an 8,000-meter time of 27:29.

(Cloverdale, IN/Cloverdale)   

Race: Rose-Hulman Dual
Distance: 6,000 Meters
Individual Finish: First (24:20)
Team Finish: First (18 points) 

DePauw senior Claudia Monnett collected her second-straight NCAC Cross Country Runner of the Week Award after she broke the tape in a dual meet at Rose-Hulman on Friday night with a winning time of 24:20 on the 6,000-meter course. The Tigers also cruised to victory at the event over RHIT by a final score of 18-45.

Individual Finish: Eighth (26:08.1)
Team Finish: 10th (251 points) 

Oberlin senior E.J. Douglass had his best race of the season to date against some of the country’s elite runners at the Rochester YellowJacket Invitational in New York. Douglas traversed the 8K race in a time of 26:08.1 to finish eighth overall in a field of 317 runners. He also helped lead the Yeomen to a top-10 finish at the event in 10th with 251 points.

Claudia Monnett, DePauw
(Cloverdale, IN/Cloverdale)  

Race: Indiana Intercollegiate Championships - Little State Division
Distance: 5K 
Individual Finish: First (19:17.23)
Team Finish: First (49 points) 

DePauw senior Claudia Monnett won the individual title in the Little State Division at the Indiana Intercollegiate Championships last Friday in Bloomington with a winning 5K time of 19:17.23 in a field of 111 runners. The Tigers also won the team title at the event with 49 total team points after all five of their scoring runners finished in the top-20.

John Sotos, Ohio Wesleyan
(Dublin, OH/Coffman)   

Race: OWU Invitational
Distance: 8K
Individual Finish: First (27:10.0)
Team Finish: First (23 points) 

Ohio Wesleyan junior John Sotos guided the Bishops to the team title at their own OWU Invitational by breaking the tape in the 8K race in 27:10.0. The Bishops won the event with 23 total points, which  was 39 points better than second-place Ohio Dominican’s 62 points.

(Mt. Vernon, OH/Fredericktown)

Distance: 5K
Individual Finish: First (19:09.6)
Team Finish: Second (46 points)

Ohio Wesleyan senior Sarah Fowler stopped the clock first at the OWU Invitational last weekend with a winning 5K time of 19:09.6, which was nearly 36 seconds faster than the second-place finisher. OWU finished second behind Kenyon in the final team standings by a 33-46 margin.

Dan Cheung, Allegheny
(Northrbook, IL/Glenbrook North)  

Race: Grove City Kickoff Invitational
Distance: Three-Miles
Individual Finish: First (15:15.39)
Team Finish: First 

Allegheny senior Dan Cheung opened his final collegiate season with a first-place finish at the Grove City Kickoff. He traversed the three-mile course in 15:15.39 to top the 42-runner field by four seconds. He also helped lead the Gators to the team title at the event.


Monica Patrick, Allegheny
(Salem, OH/South Ridge)   

Race: Grove City Kickoff Invitational
Distance: Three-Miles
Individual Finish: First (18:26.60)
Team Finish: First 

Allegheny senior Monica Patrick topped a 51-runner field last Thursday to win the Grove City Kickoff. Patrick helped the Gators to the team title by covering the three-mile course in 18:26.60, which was good for a seven-second victory.
