Oona Jung-Beeman, Oberlin Oberlin senior Oona Jung-Beeman secured a winning time of 14:45.8 at the season-opening Wooster Invitational. She was the only runner with an average mile time of sub six-minutes, averaging 5:55.7 per mile over the 4,000-meter trek. |

His time helped the Little Giants to an 18th-place finish overall and third among Division III teams. |

Sam Henthorn, Wabash Wabash’s Sam Henthorn ran a career-best time to place 74th out of 276 runners at Saturday’s Louisville Cross Country Classic. The senior completed the 8,000-meter course that will serve as the NCAA DIII Cross Country Championship venue in 25:43.4. Wabash finished 24th out of 40 teams in the Silver Division race mostly comprised of NCAA DIII programs. |

It marked the third, first-place finish of the season for Foster after he won the Wooster Dual Meet (Sept. 5) and the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational (Sept. 14). |

The sophomore led Kenyon to a third-place team finish which was the best among all DIII participants. She finished fourth individually among 318 runners, timing in at a collegiate-best 5k time of 18:24.9, beating her previous mark of 19:36.6. |

Molly Tarvin, Allegheny Allegheny sophomore Molly Tarvin led the Gators to a first place finish out of a field of 26 teams at the Gettysburg Invitational. Tarvin finished fifth overall among 167 runners, completing the 6,000-meter course with a time of 23:08.0. It was the first team victory of the season for Allegheny. |
