Her week was highlighted by a seven-goal performance in a 14-13 overtime decision over Wooster, including the game-winner in overtime. __________________________________________________________________________ April 22, 2002 HEMMINGER EARNS NCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK HONORS Wooster junior midfielder Beth Hemminger (Annapolis, MD/Senior) totaled 17 points on seven goals and 10 assists in leading Wooster to three NCAC wins last week. She had a goal and four assists at Kenyon, one goal and two assists versus Wittenberg and led all scorers with a five-goal, four-assist effort at Allegheny. __________________________________________________________________________ April 15, 2002 FOX EARNS NCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK HONORS Denison senior attack Jamie Fox (Locust Valley, NY/Friends Academy) scored nine goals in two conference victories last week. She hit the net six times against Kenyon, including two crucial answering goals in the second half, and added three more against Wittenberg. __________________________________________________________________________ April 8, 2002 ROMANOWSKI EARNS NCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK HONORS Wittenberg junior defender Cara Romanowski (Collegeville, PA/Perkiomen Valley) led the Tigers in scoring as the Tigers won two overtime NCAC games last week. She scored eight goals with three assists and had 15 ground balls and caused five turnovers as the Tigers won their first two conference games of the season. __________________________________________________________________________ April 1, 2002 MCDERMOTT EARNS NCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK HONORS Wooster senior attack Emily White (Princeton, WV/Western Reserve Academy) totalled nine points on six goals and three assists in leading the Scots to two victories last week.
