She scored three goals in each win over Oberlin and Kenyon, then recorded a season-high six against Ohio Wesleyan. She leads the Gators and ranks seventh in the conference with 2.82 points per game. __________________________________________________________________________ April 19, 2004 Wooster sophomore Megan Sward (Sewickley, PA/Academy) totaled 12 points on seven goals and five assists while leading Wooster to a 2-1 week. She had two goals and two assists during a 5-0 run to start the game against Kenyon, then had two goals during a 5-0 run at the end of the first half of a victory over Brockport, which put Wooster up 7-4. __________________________________________________________________________ April 12, 2004 Wooster sophomore goalkeeper Nicki Hunt (Lutherville, MD/St. Paul’s School for Girls) notched a career-high 22 saves in an 8-5 victory over Wittenberg. Her effort was the difference as the Tigers outshot the Scots, 32-21 in the game. She followed that performance with 12 saves in a victory over Denison. She left the game with a 14-7 lead with six minutes to go and Wooster went on to win, 15-10. Hunt leads the NCAC with a .631 saves percentage. __________________________________________________________________________ April 5, 2004 Kenyon sophomore Weronika Kowalczyk (Cleveland, OH/Cleveland Hts.) scored nine goals in the Ladies’ three wins last week. Her scores included the game-winners in a 12-11 decision over Ohio Wesleyan, and a 10-9 victory over St. Vincent. __________________________________________________________________________ March 29, 2004 Denison freshman Krissy Frost (Wilton, CT/Wilton) scored three goals, including two in the second half, to lead the Big Red to an 8-6 decision over Allegheny. __________________________________________________________________________ March 22, 2004 Wooster sophomore attacker Megan Sward (Sewickley, PA/Sewickley Academy) led the Scots to a 2-1 record during its spring break trip to West Palm Beach, Florida. She totaled 13 points on seven goals and six assists.
